Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Hisense account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all power cables, remote controls, manuals, and protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
